MLB contracts vendors of different sizes to fulfill maintenance requests. We manage each request and follow up with contractors make sure the job is done. All of our vendors provide warrantied work and all are licensed and insured.

We have partnered with Dry Standard Restoration; a national company with teams across the United States. This partnership allows us to address serious issues and damaged units while lending extra expertise to our exclusive staff.

Tenants can submit maintenance issues through the Tenant Portal. When a tenant sends a request, we send out a contractor to handle it ASAP. For emergencies, all of emergency maintenance line can be used 24/7, including holidays.

Tenants can be liable for a portion of a repair bill if the issue was caused by the tenant. If the issue doesn’t qualify as something that requires a trained contractor (like screwing in a light bulb) the tenant can also be charged for that visit. Tenants can be charged up to 100% of a repair bill depending on whether or not the tenant was negligent.
